What is the Ethereal Collective?
The Ethereal Collective is a new FREE reward system created to give back to our valued community.
This system consists of multiple tiers, with each tier providing a variety of benefits.
How Does It Work?
The Ethereal Collective is based on the number of items purchased from previous drops.
As you purchase items, you will progress through the tiers and unlock new rewards and benefits along the way.
How can I check my tier?
An email regarding your tier status will be sent out a few days before a tier drops. During this time you can still qualify for the Ethereal Collective and get assistance for any issues that may occur with your tier status.
You can also check your tier status in your account settings where a badge corresponding to your tier will be displayed under your account name.
If you do not see your badge or see that you may be placed into the incorrect tier, and you have completed the qualification steps, then contact ethereal@etherealstudios.shop and our support team will help get it resolved.
