Will my previous purchases after the launch of this rewards system be included?
Yes, as long as you use the same email, we are able to determine which tier you are currently placed in. If you have used two different emails for purchases, follow the answer to the question below.

I used a different email when I purchased previous products. How would that work with this new rewards system?
For supporters who provided different email addresses, please email ethereal@etherealstudios.shop with both emails that you have used and we will work with you to consolidate your purchases within 1-2 business days.

What is the material composition of the clothing?
Our clothing is made of 6.5 oz. 100% heavyweight cotton made in the USA, with a thick collar, custom sewn tags, 
and a full-screen print graphic. Tees are slightly oversized and boxier than an average tee. Faded tees are distressed by
hand and sun-fading. (Note that during the sun's fading process, the graphic will be aged as well.)

When will the product be back in stock?
We do not restock items. We do sell extras every now and then, but stock is always extremely limited with no restocks.

What is the sizing chart?
A sizing chart will be included in any of our social media or newsletter posts before the drop date. It will also be available on the product's images on our website’s merchandise page.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, when your order has been shipped, an email will be sent containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, We ship internationally. Note: there is an additional charge for shipping outside our domestic region. This extra cost covers the increased shipping fees and customs requirements associated with international deliveries.

How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?
Orders will be processed and shipped out within the next 1-2 weeks after purchasing.
